摘 要:以硝酸铁[Fe(NO3)39H2O]、乙酸钡[Ba(CH3COO)2]和甘氨酸[C2H5NO2]为原料,采用甘氨酸溶胶凝胶自蔓延燃烧法成功制备成BaFe12O19纳米粉末;用XRD、SEM和VSM等测试方法研究了不同条件下产物的微观形貌、晶体结构及磁学性能。研究表明,煅烧温度和甘氨酸与金属盐的摩尔比会影响单相六角BaFe12O19的形成;甘氨酸与金属盐摩尔比为3:1的前驱体在800℃下,煅烧2h后可得到六角片状、粒度40~50nm的单相BaFe12O19粉末;当温度升高到900℃时,钡铁氧体颗粒长大到100nm以上,矫顽力下降。By using iron nitrate [Fe (NO3)39H2O], barium acetate [Ba (CH3COO)2 ] and glycinc, [C2 H5NO2],BaFe12019 nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by the self-propagating high-tern perature synthesis(SHS) technique based on the sol-gel method. The morphology, crystalline structure and magnetic property of the barium ferrite particles were determined by means of XRD, SEM, and VSM. It is shown that the calcination temperature and the molar ratio of glycine to the total metal salt influenced significantly the formation of barium hexaferrite. The single phase barium hexaferrite powders can be obtained after the precursors were calcined at temperature 800 ℃ for 2 h. The average grain size of the barium ferrite is 40-50 nm when the molar ratio of glycine tO metal salt is 3 .: 1. The resultant magnetic parameters of barium ferrite are Hc= 39.68 × 10^4 A/m,Ms =45.45 emu/g. When the calcination temperature is 900 ℃, the grain size is above 100 nm, and the coercive force decreases.
