摘 要:将镍粉、助剂与高分子胶黏剂混合,制得屏蔽涂料,采用涂覆的方法得到电磁波屏蔽织物。讨论了镍粉质量份数和助剂A、B、C的质量份数对涂料导电性能的影响,通过表面电阻率测试以及屏蔽效能测试结果选取最佳屏蔽涂层配方。结果表明镍粉的质量百分比为70%体积百分比为19.1%时导电性能优异,含有质量百分比为1.2%助剂C的双面屏蔽涂层织物屏蔽效能最优,在30~1500MHz范围内可以保持在62.0-47.1dB,织物的手感柔软。Mixed nickel powder, assistants with polymer adhesives, shielding coatings were prepared. Coating method is used in electromagnetic shielding fabric. The influences of nickel powder quality score and the assistant A, B, C quality score on the nickel coating electric conductivity were discussed. Through superficial resistivity test and shielding effective test, the best electromagnetic shielding formula were obtained. The results show that the best quality score for nickel powder is 70% (volume score is 19.1% ), assistant C quality score is 1. 2%, and the shielding fabric which has two - sided shielding coatings has the best shielding effective, from 62.0dB to 47.1 dB at the range of 30MHz to 1500MHz. The fabric has a soft hand feeling,and has industrialization prospects.
