摘 要:通过改变粗纱间距、粗纱捻系数及细纱后区牵伸倍数研究了聚乳酸纤维赛络纺工艺,分析了不同纺纱工艺对纱线断裂强力、条干不匀率及毛羽指数变化的影响,得到了聚乳酸纤维赛络纺的较优纺纱工艺。在同一台细纱机上,采用相同的粗纱捻系数及牵伸工艺,同时纺制了23.9 tex聚乳酸纤维环锭纱和赛络纱。两种纱线的断裂强力均呈正态分布,两者波动性无明显差异,且前者断裂强力显著高于后者;聚乳酸赛络纱的毛羽有明显改善;两种纱线的条干差异不大,环锭纱略好于赛络纱。The paper investigated the technology of polylactic acid fiber Sirospun yarns by changing the roving gauge, roving twist coeffi- cient and back drafting multiple. It analyzed during different spinning processes, the changing patterns of the index of yams such as breaking strength, fuzzy fiber and yam evenness. It had also got the better spinning processes of the Sirospun yams. By adopting the same roving twist coefficient and yam drafting teehnology, the 23.9 rex polylactic acid ring spun and Sirospun yarns were produced, moreover, their breaking strength, fuzzy and yarn evenness distribution were compared. The results revealed that the breaking strength of Sirospun and ring spun poly- lactic acid yarns both belong to Gaussian distribution yet the difference is remarkable: the former is stronger than the latter. Compared with ring spun polylactic acid yam, the fuzzy fiber of Sirospun yam is significantly reduced while the difference of yarn evenness is not obvious.
