摘 要:为探讨后固定盖板根数对生条中未成熟纤维去除的影响,采用USTERAFIS单纤维测试仪对不同后固定盖板根数条件下所加工的生条进行了未成熟纤维去除的检测,结果显示后固定盖板根数对未成熟纤维去除有一定的影响:(1)在后固定盖板隔距适当的条件下,加装后固定盖板比不加装后固定盖板对未成熟纤维的去除效果要好;(2)从有利于未成熟纤维去除角度来说,加装后固定盖板时根数不宜过多,以2~4根为宜。To discuss the effect of back stationary flat number on removal of immature fiber, the removal of immature fiber in card sliver processed with different back stationary flat number was tested by USTER AFIS single fiber tester. The result indicates that back stationary flat number has a certain effect on removal of immature fiber: ( 1 ) when the gauge of back stationary flat is appropriate, the removal effect of immature tiber with installing back stationary flat is better than that without installing back stationary flat; (2) from the view of being favorable to the removal of immature fiber, it is not appropriate to install excessive back stationary flats and generally 2 ~ 4 flats are better.
