精细化亚麻/棉混纺纱产品的开发

摘　　要：阐述了精细化亚麻纤维的特性,选用精细化亚麻纤维,通过并条混合的方法与棉纤维混纺,成功开发了14.8 tex 55/45亚麻/棉混纺纱。介绍了清、梳、并、粗、细、筒等工序的纺纱要求,工艺参数和主要技术措施。纺纱过程中通过采用多梳少打、低速度、大隔距、加大头并后区牵伸倍数和粗纱捻系数,选用适当的细纱钢领、钢丝圈、胶辊等纺专器材,设置合理的电子清纱器工艺参数等,达到了顺利纺纱,提高成纱质量的目的。On the basis of the properties of fined flax fiber and through blending it with cotton fiber on the drawing frame, 55/45 fined flax/cotton blended yarn of 14.8tex is developed. In this article are introduced the spinning technology of its scutehing, carding, drawing, roving, spinning and cone winding with main processing parameters and important technical measures covered. In the spinning more carding and less beating, lower speed, increased gauge, increased back zone draft multiple of the first drawing and increased roving twist factor are adopted in addition to suitably selection of rings, travelers, top rollers and properly parameters setting of electronic yarn clearers.
