摘　　要：介绍了9.8 tex纯维纶普梳纱的生产技术、成纱品质以及各工序采取的技术措施。9.8 tex维纶纱的生产必须从工艺配置、温湿度控制、生产中半制品质量控制技术措施等方面着手,确保成纱质量水平,文中详细分析了各工序工艺配置对半成品和成纱质量的影响。Production technology, formed yam quality and technical measures in the processes in producing 9.8tex pure Vinylon carded yarn are introduced in this paper. The quality of 9.8rex pure Vinylon carded yam is to be guaranteed from its processing arrangement, tem- perature and humidity control and technique measures adopting of semi - finished goods quality controlling. Influences of processing arrangement in each process on semi -finished goods quality and formed yarn quality are analyzed in detail. ：
