摘　　要：介绍了生产C14.6 tex+T3.33 tex长丝股线产品捻线生产中遇到的并线断头多、倍捻辫子纱等问题。经过试生产,发现在并线机上增加导纱瓷眼和张力装置,并通过优化倍捻张力值,适当降低车速,可以使股线质量达到规定要求,生产过程稳定。This paper introduces issues such as more folded yarn broken and more pigtail yarn in production of C14.6tex ＋ T3.33tex filament ply thread. A month - long trial production indicates that adding of yarn ceramics guides and tension devices on double twisting machine,optimizing of twisting value and lowering twisting speed can stably produce qualified ply thread.
