摘　　要：介绍了CJ5.8 tex×2 ZZ强捻股线品种采用PR-Su浆料替代部分PVA的浆纱试验,通过改进工艺设置和操作方法,发现此浆料可等量取代PVA,黏着性好,易分纱,适合低温上浆,并可使织轴质量提高,织机效率从60%提高到90%以上。A test of using PR - Su size to replace PVA in sizing CJ5. 8 tex × 2 ZZ strong twist ply yarn is introduced. Based on the improvement of the sizing processing setting and operation, it is found that the replacement of PVA by PR - Su results in good size adhesion, easy yarn ends separation, possibility of low temperature sizing and quality improving of beam in addition to raising loom＇s weaving eglciency from 60% to over 90%.
