摘　　要：国内针织企业在使用圆纬机的过程中会出现大盘齿轮失效的问题,文章通过分析目前圆纬机回转机构的状况,探索了大盘齿轮失效的原因,并提出改进圆纬机回转机构的方案——设计异型回转支承结构,以解决由于钢丝滚道轴承及相关部件引起的大盘齿轮失效的问题。When using the circular weft knitting machine in domestic knitting plants the problem of failure of the main plate gear arises. This paper aimed at finding the reasons for the failure of the main plate gear though the analysis of the running conditions of current rotating mechanism on circular weft knitting machines. At the same time this paper proposed a new kind of slewing ring to solve the problem of main plate gear failure which was caused by wire race ball bearing and the related parts.
