摘 要:针对双曲索网结构独特的结构形式和复杂的施工方法,基于索结构非线性有限元理论提出了双曲索网结构张拉施工的数值计算方法,开发了施工过程分析软件.以国内首例双曲索网结构体系——中国航海博物馆双曲索网幕墙体系缩尺模型为例,对2种不同的张拉方案进行了数值模拟分析.并通过缩尺模型试验对索网结构的施工方案进行了张拉试验,模型试验验证了索网张拉完成以后的形态满足设计要求,试验结果证明了数值计算的可靠性和合理性,可以通过数值计算方法对实际结构的施工张拉进行仿真分析.通过对数值计算结果和试验结果的分析,提出了合理的施工张拉方案.Considering the unique form and complex construction process of hyperbolic cable net structure, based on the finite element theory of cable structures, tension process analysis theory was provided and the anal- ysis software system was developed. This paper, taking a reduced-scale model of hyperbolic cable net in Chinese Navigation Museum as an example, which was the first hyperbolic cable net in our country, presented a numerical analysis for different tension schemes. A model test was conducted to prove that the cable net form after being constructed was coincident with the design qualification, and the test results also testified the reliability and rationality of the numerical simulation method, which can be used to analyze the tension process of real structures in projects. According to the test results and FEM results, a reasonable tension scheme was proposed, which can provide reference and guidance for the construction of the structure.
