摘 要:针对环太湖地区开发与保护矛盾突出的问题,利用调查资料和相关研究成果,在GIS的支持下,从资源特征与面临的生态环境问题入手,划定了生物多样性维护,水污染防治,潜在灾害预防,水资源、优质农地和历史文化保护等六类环境敏感区,并进行环太湖地区环境敏感性的综合评价,明确了环太湖地区环境敏感性空间分布特点,在此基础上,将环太湖地区划为高、较高、一般和低四类环境敏感性区域,可以作为确定各类区域未来最佳空间功能方向的重要依据。Along with the industrialization and urbanization process in the Taihu lakeside, the conflict between development demand and protection value is intensified quickly. Based on the investigation and previous studies, the environmentally sensitive area of Taihu lakeside region is divided into biodiversity maintenance sensitive area,water source protection sensitive area,pollution prevention sensitive area,high quality farmland protection sensitive area,potential disaster prevention sensitive area and the historical and cultural preservation sensitive area on the view of resource characteristic and ecological and environmental problems in the Taihu lakeside region. Later the integrated assessment of environmental sensitivity of the Taihu lakeside region is done by GIS spatial analysis method and the spatial distribution of the environmental sensitivity is characterized. According to the assessment results, the Taihu lakeside region is subdivided into four class zones, which is more, a little more, low and lower environmentally sensitive area that can be used to identify every kind area' s spatial ftmction in the future.
