摘　　要：介绍应用ABB公司的ACS800直接转矩控制(DTC)变频调速控制系统具体实现减速机性能的测试。此系统通过把交流转换成直流送到直流母线上,再通过控制相应变频器完成减速机动力和加载的模拟过程。动力电机与减速机的输入轴相连驱动减速机,通过控制电机的速度达到减速机的额定转速,加载电机与减速机的输出轴相连,通过转矩控制给减速机加载。变频器控制和数据采集交换通过PROFIBUS-DP网络通讯完成。The application of ABB ACS800 direct torque control （DTC） frequency-variable speed control system in the reducer loading test was presented. The system converts the AC power to DC bus, and simulates the drive and load process of the reducer by controlling the corresponded frequency converter. The reducer rea- ches to its rated speed with controlling of the drive motor, which is connected to the input shaft end of the re- ducer. For the output shaft end, the load motor is connected, to simulate loading for the reducer by torque control. The PROFIBUS - DP network is used for the control and data collection and exchange of the frequen- cy converters.
