摘　　要：文摘比较了网络环境下印本期刊和电子期刊的完整率,在分析两种载体期刊不同的缺期原因的基础上,探讨了新环境下图书馆应采取的措施和方法。This article compared the integrity rate of printing journals with that of electronic journals, then based on the analysis of different reasons of integrity deficiency of two kinds of journal, proposed some measures in the new circumstance.
