摘  要:结合科研与生产的实践,运用粒子碰撞原理对镍催化体系丁二烯溶液聚合的转化率进行了分析,认为聚合过程中大量惰性分子链的生成导致转化率不会太高,不可能接近100%,而生成的活性种数目及活性种寿命是影响转化率的关键因素。指出在保证原材料质量的基础上,完善活性种制备技术是进一步提高我国镍系顺丁橡胶生产转化率的有效途径。According to the experience of research and production for cis-1, 4-polybutadiene rubber, and applying the principle of particle collision, the conversion of butadiene solution polymerization by nickel catalyst system was analyzed. The results showed that the conversion would not reach a very high level or approch 100% because of the formation of a great deal of inert molecular chain in the process of polymerization, and the number and life of reactive species were considered as the key factors which had influences on the conversion. It was pointed out that on the basis of ensuring the quality of feedstock, improving the technique of reactive species preparation was an efficient way for further increasing conversion in domastic Ni-based cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber production.
