摘 要:考察了低温聚合下三乙基铝/负载钛高效催化剂[n(Al)/n(Ti)]、n(Ti)/1-丁烯[n(Bt)]、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷[n(DDS)]/n(Ti)和氢气压力对聚1-丁烯等规度和特性黏数的影响,并用差示扫描量热仪和偏光显微镜对自制试样和日本三井化学公司的试样进行了分析比较。结果表明,当n(DDS)/n(Ti)为13.21、n(Ti)/n(Bt)为3×10-5、n(Al)/n(Ti)为200、温度为15℃及氢气压力为0.02MPa时可以合成等规度为97.2%、特性黏数为254mL/g的聚1-丁烯。自制试样和三井化学公司试样的熔点与熔限温度范围基本一致,二者的结晶度分别为63.90%和82.96%。二种试样均为球晶,粒径分布比较均匀,但自制试样的晶粒明显大于三井化学公司的试样。自制试样的密度、硬度、冲击强度、弯曲模量及屈服强度都低于三井化学公司的试样,而拉伸强度和扯断伸长率却高于后者,这主要是在自制试样中未添加成核剂的缘故。The effective factors of isotacticity and intrinsic viscosity of poly (1-butene) were investigated in low temperature polymerization, and the analysis and comparison between self-made and foreign samples were performed with differential scanning calorimeter and polarized light microscope. The resuits showed that the poly(1-butene) with isotacticity of 97.2% and intrinsic viscosity of 254 mL/g could be obtained as the mole ratio of diphenyl dimethoxysilane to supported titanium catalyst(Ti) was 13.21 , mole ratio of Ti to l-butene was 3× 10^-5, mole ratio of triethylene aluminium to Ti was 200, temperature was 15 ℃, and hydrogen pressure was 0.02 MPa. The erystallinity of self-made and foreign samples was 63.90% and 82.96% , respectively, but their melting point and melting range were basically the same. Both the two crystals were spherulite, and their size distribution was more uniform, while the crystal size of self-made sample was larger than that of foreign sample. The hardness, density, notched impact strength, bending modulus and yield strength of self-made sample were worse than those of the latter, but its tensile strength and elongation at break were better than those of the latter because the latter was added nucleator.
