摘  要:以柠檬酸和乙二醇为单体,正丁醇为相对分子质量调节剂,通过一步法缩聚制备了可生物降解的弹性体聚柠檬酸-乙二醇,并通过改变正丁醇的用量及后期交联时间得到了一系列柔性透明材料。用凝胶渗透色谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱对产物进行了分析表征,并研究了其性能。结果表明,聚合所得预聚物的重均相对分子质量为800~1200。力学性能测试结果表明所得弹性体的拉伸强度为0.50~1.50MPa,扯断伸长率为150%~455%,弹性模量为0.21~2.20MPa,交联密度为28.2~303.9mol/m3。在37℃和pH值为7.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中进行的体外降解实验结果表明,该弹性体在浸泡65h后所有试样的降解失重都超过50%,同时发现其力学性能、吸水性能和降解性能可通过改变正丁醇用量及后期交联时间加以调节。A novel biodegradable elastomer, poly citrate-ethylene glycol ( PCE ) , was polymerized through one-step polycondensation with citric acid and ethylene glycol as monomer, n-butanol as molecular weight regulator. A series of transparent and flexible elastomer were prepared by changing amount of n-butanol and post-polymerization time. PCE was characterized by gel permeation chromatography and Fourier transform infrared spectro-scopy, and its properties were investigated. The results showed that weight-average molecular weight of prepolymers was from 800 to 1 200. The tensile strength of the elastomer ranged from 0.50 MPa to 1.50 MPa, elongation at break from 150% to 455% , elastic modulus from 0. 21 MPa to 2.20 MPa and crosslinking density from 28.2 mol/m^3 to 303.9 mol/m^3. The mass loss of all samples was more than 50% after infused in a phosphate buffer solution (pH value 7.4) at 37 ℃ for 65 h. At the same time, it was found that the degradation, water absorption and mechanical properties of PCE could be regulated by changing the amount of n-butanol and post-polymerization time.
