摘  要:研究了用MoCl5( MoTBP)-Al(OPhCH3)(i-Bu)2催化体系催化丁二烯聚合的规律,并与MoCl3(OC8H17)2-Al(OPhCH3)(i-Bu)2体系进行了比较。结果表明,与辛醇体系相比,该催化体系聚合活性高,产物相对分子质量下降近一半,相对分子质量分布加宽,1,2-结构摩尔分数为86.6%,且以等规结构(摩尔分数为53.3%)为主。Molybdenum catalyst is one of the best catalysts for high vinyl polybutadiene rubber. The investigation of this catalyst system has mainly focused on MoCl3 substituted by alcohol (especially n-octanol), and with carbonic ester as the additive But the catalyst activity remains to be improved, and the high relative molecular mass and its narrow distribution of the resulted polymer make it difficult to be processed. In this paper, with a Mo ( V ) catalyst system, modified MoCI5 with tributyl phosphate ( Morap ) , as catalyst, and Al( OPhCH3 ) ( i-Bu ) 2 as co-catalyst ( Al ) , the 1,2-polybutadiene was researched.
