陇东绒山羊新品种培育的研究

摘　　要：引入辽宁绒山羊杂交改良陇东黑山羊,经过省市县科技人员30余年的联合攻关和科学研究,培育出陇东绒山羊新品种,数量达22 162只,其产绒量公、母羊分别为562.50±103.21g和440.4±83.24g,比同龄陇东黑山羊分别增绒397.5g和304.4g,差异极显著(P<0.01);比同龄辽陇杂种公母羊分别增绒155.15g和176.08g,差异显著(P<0.05);羊绒细度公母羊分别为14.82μm和14.89μm;羊绒伸直长度分别为87.36mm和81.09mm;强度3.89g;伸度41.14%;含绒率47.46%。符合国际羊绒精纺要求和同类纤维理想水平。Intrduced Liaoling Cashmere Goats to crossbreed and improve Longdong black goats by scientific and technical personnel of province and couties for more 30 years, we bred the new Longdong Cashmere Goat breed, the number reached 22,162. Cashmere yield of male and female arc 562.50 ± 103.21 g and 440.4 ± 83.24g, adding cashmere 397.5g and 304.4g than Longdong black gaots, has very notable difference （P 〈 0.01 ） ; adding cashmere 155.15g and 176.08g than Liao -Long crossbreed goats, the difference is notable（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the cashmere diameter and extension of length of male and female are 14.82um, 14.89um and 87.36mm,81. 09mm; the Strength and elongation are 3.89g and 41.14% ; the rate of cashmere is 47.46%. The quality of cashmere accords with international cashmere spinning need and reached to the ideal level of the same kind fibre.
