摘  要:充分利用UG三维建模软件与ADAMS动力学仿真软件二者的优势,对标准渐开线直齿锥齿轮进行了建模及啮合时的动力学仿真。具体为:以直齿锥齿轮的机械理论知识为依据,对UG进行二次开发,实现了基于强度理论及渐开线方程理论的直齿锥齿轮的参数化模型的创建;利用ADAMS软件将模型数据转换为parasolid格式,研究其啮合时从动轮的反作用力、速度、加速度等,实现了锥齿轮啮合动力学仿真。研究结果与理论预测基本吻合。A dynamic simulation of the bevel gear mesh has been done based upon the advantage of UG and ADAMS, taking the standard involute straight bevel gear as an example. The detail is as follows:According to the mechanical theory of the straight bevel gear as the basis for the UG's secondary development, a 3D parametric model of straight bevel gear based upon the strength theory and the standard involute equation is established;By means of the data conversion to the interface file parasolid, the dynamic simulation of the bevel gear mesh is specified through the software called ADAMS and the study of the driven gear's counterforce, velocity, acceleration. The result of the study accords with the theoretical expectancy approximately. At last, a modeling design and dynamic simulation method is brought forward, which can improve work efficiency and economize the design fare.
