利用铝加工废渣制备堇青石材料

摘　　要：利用铝型材厂工业污泥合成高纯度的堇青石材料及其应用,属于固体废弃物的综合利用和变废为宝的项目,与常规合成方法相比,其具有原料和技术的创新,原料成本很低,有显著的经济、环保和推广应用价值。分析了铝材厂工业污泥的化学组成以及利用污泥合成堇青石的可能性,阐述了合成堇青石的工艺流程以及利用污泥合成堇青石的优点,并且对影响堇青石性能的因素做了分析,分析和评述了利用污泥合成堇青石的应用前景以及工业化进程。Using the industrial sludge of aluminum factory to synthesize cordierite is a way for comprehensive deposal and reusing the waste. Compared with the traditional synthetic method, this way has more merits, such as the raw material technical innovation, low cost, extremely remarkable economic efficiency and social benefit. In this paper the chemical composition of the industrial sludge of aluminum factory and the possibility of synthesizing cordierite are analyzed, and the technology and the advantages of producing cordierite by the industrial sludge of aluminum factory are presented. The factors affecting the performance of cordierite are analyzed, and the application prospects and the process of industrialization are reviewed.
