摘 要:小型断路器接线端子的温度作为表征断路器运行状态的重要参数,是实际运行中判断电气安全和火灾隐患的重要依据。本文通过小型断路器在不同运行工况下接线端子温度的实际测试,分析了负载率、接线端子拧紧力矩和断路器布置方式等因素对接线端子温度的影响,得到了接线端子内部温度和表面温度之间的差异关系,此外还对相同型号断路器之间的个体差异进行了对比分析,获得了一些重要结论。Temperature on the terminals of miniature circuit breaker is the important parameter indicating the operation state of the breaker, and is the important basis used to judge if there are electrical safety and hidden troubles of electrical fires or not. Temperature on the terminals breaker under different working of miniature circuit conditions is tested, factors such as load rate, tightening torque of the terminals and layout modes that affect the temperature on the terminals are analyzed. Moreover, the difference between inside temperature and surface temperature of terminals has been obtained. In addition, individual difference between circuit breakers of the same model has been compared and analyzed, and some important conclusions have been achieved.
