摘　　要：首次采用正交试验法研究了烧结工艺中工艺参数对ZnO压敏陶瓷性能的影响。经试验研究,最终确定出了烧结工艺中的主要工艺参数,即烧结温度、保温时间、升温速率、烧结方式的最佳配比,为工业生产ZnO压敏陶瓷提供了理论与试验上的技术依据。The influence of the factors in the sintering processing on the properties of ZnO-based varistor ceramics is first studied through the orthogonal test. The optimum proportion of the main factors in the sintering processing, which are the sintering temperature, sintering time, heating rate and sintering processing, is determined after tests and reseach. The results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for the industrial production of the ZnO- based varistor ceramics.
