摘　　要：目的探讨医疗行为与费用的实时监控在医疗质量管理中的作用。方法在军字一号医院信息系统(HIS)系统的基础上,建立以实时数据分析为基础的医疗行为与费用监控系统,监控是以医院目前的热点为内容,以医院费用流通、药品与耗材使用及医疗状态的监控为重点,对医院运行实行过程监控管理的模式。实施中,突出及时发现、及时纠正,责任到人的原则。结果通过此系统的费用、药品等功能监控模块实现了对医院运行中敏感问题的实时监控,为相关职能部门的管理能够准确提供及时、有效的管理支撑数据。结论该系统功能的实现能够有助于医院进一步加强规范行业行为、完善监督与管理机制,为院长及时掌控医院运行状况提供手段与依据。Objective To discuss the function of medical service behavior and expense real-time monitoring in medical service quality control. Methods On the basis of No. 1 JUN HIS system, to set up the medical service behavior and expense monitoring system based on real-time data analysis. Control is to regard present focus of the hospital as the content, regard expense circulation, the medicines and consumptive material of hospital are used and control of the medical state as the focal point, set up and operate mode that the course controls management to the hospital. While implementing, stress in the principle of find in time, correct in time,and responsibility reaches people. Results Controlled through expenses,medicines of system,and others function module realize hospitals＇ sensitive problem control in real time operate, and also can be prompt, effective in accurate offering for management of relevant functional departments supports the data. Conclusion The realization of the function of this system can facilitate hospital＇ s further strengthening and standardizing the trade behavior,improving mechanism of supervision and management,offer means and basis to the hospital presidents controlling the operation conditions of the hospital in time.
