摘 要:目的探讨桂皮醛对牙周主要致病菌的抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂稀法药敏敏感试验,测定桂皮醛对牙周主要致病菌(国际标准株和临床分离株)的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果桂皮醛能明显抑制牙周主要致病菌,标准株P.gingivalis ATCC33277和F.nucleatum ATCC10593的MIC值为32ptg/mL,分离的77株临床株,其MIC值为32~256μg/mL,其中对牙龈卟啉单胞菌(P.gingivalis)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(72±0.008)ug/mL,对具核梭杆菌(F.nucleatum)的平均最低抑菌浓度为(96±0.009)μg/mL,对中间普氏菌(P.intermedia)的平均最低浓度为(141±0.031)μg/mL。结论桂皮醛对牙周主要致病菌具有抗菌活性。Objective To evaluate the antibacterial activities of cinnamicaldehyde against the main periodontal pathogen in vitro. Methods Agar dilution method for antimicrobial susceptibility testing was used to determine the minimal inhibitive concentration (MIC) of cinnamicaldehyde against the main periodontal pathogen. Results The growth of 77 bacteria were inhibited completely by cinnamicaldehyde MIC of it on Porphyromonas gingivalis was (72 ± 0. 008)μg/mL and on Fusobacterium nucleatum was (96 ±0. 009)μg/mL MIC of it on Prevotella melaninogenica was (141 ±0. 031)μg/mL. Conclusion Cinnamicaldehyde has significant antibacterial activities on the main periodontal pathogen.
