摘　　要：通过系统查询国内外相关文献资料并进行分析和总结,综述了超声心动图在经导管Amplatzer封堵器(Amplatzer septaloccluder,ASO)关闭小儿房间隔缺损临床应用和研究进展,得出超声心动图在术前筛选患儿、术中指导患儿ASO型号的选择及监测引导ASO的置入以及术后的随访中均发挥重要作用,是经导管用ASO成功堵闭小儿房间隔缺损的重要保证。超声心动图不仅对于小儿心脏疾患的诊断具有巨大意义,而且在介入治疗方面也发挥重要作用,它将促进超声医学的发展。By analysising, generalizing and summarizing the researching documents, we review the Clinical application on Echocardiography in Transeatheter Closure of Children＇s Atrial Septal Defect with Amplatzer septal occluder. Echocardiography play a very important role in selection of patients and ASO for transcatheter atrial septal defect （TCASD） , in the monitoring of deployment of ASO during TCASD, and in patients follow up. Echocardiography, not only have great significance for the diagnosis of heart disease, but also play an important role in TCASD. It will promote the development of ultrasound medical.
