摘　　要：比较分析了河南、北京、安徽3个地区分布的花背蟾蜍Bufo raddei种群的核型与染色体银带。结果发现它们体细胞染色体数目都是2n=22,由6对大型染色体和5对小型染色体组成。但是它们彼此之间在亚中部着丝粒的数目和顺序、次缢痕或随体的位置以及银染位置等都有所不同。对此进行了分析和讨论,并对蟾蜍属的染色体研究进行了展望。This paper deals with the results of the investigation on the karyotypes and Ag-NORs of three allopatrically distributed populations of Bufo raddei in Beijing, Henan and Anhui. The chromosome number among the three populations was 2n = 22, and all of the chromosomes were characterized by six pairs of maerochromosomes and five pairs of microchromosomes. But some dissimilarities were found among the populations. First, the number and sequence of submetaeentric chromosome were different among them, and then the secondary constriction（SC） or satellite（ Sat. ）, and Ag-NORs were also different. Aanalysis and discussion about these differences are made, also the development of the Bufo karyotypes in the future is viewed.
