摘 要:采用实验生态学方法,研究了pH和氨氮对橄榄蚶稚贝和成贝存活和耐受力的影响。结果表明:pH显著影响橄榄蚶稚贝和成贝的成活率,橄榄蚶稚贝适宜pH范围为7.9~9.4,pH为8.5时存活最好,橄榄蚶成贝的适宜pH范围为5.2~9.4。氨氮浓度和毒性试验时间的相互作用显著影响橄榄蚶稚贝和成贝的成活率,氨氮浓度越高,其毒性越强。稚贝48h、96h的半致死浓度(TLm)为58.6mg·L-1、50.0mg·L-1,安全浓度(SC)为5.9mg·L-1、5.0mg·L-1、成贝48h、96h的TLm为618.7mg·L-1、556.9mg·L-1、SC为61.9mg·L-1、55.7mg·L-1。The effects of pH and ammonia on tolerance of Estellarca olivacea was studied systematically in laboratory. The results showed that pH significantly affected the survival rate of the juveniles and the adults of Estellarca olivacea, the suitable pH to the juveniles of Estellarca olivacea varied from 7.9 to 9.4, when the pH was 8.5, the survival rate was the highest. The suitable pH to the adult of Estellarca olivacea varied from 5.2 to 9.4. Ammonia-N concentration and duration of the experiment significantly affected the survival rate of the juveniles and the adults of Estellarca olivacea, toxicity of ammonia- N was more strong when the concentration was higher. The TLm of ammonia to the 48 hours juveniles of Estellarca olivacea was 58.6 mg·L^-1and the safe concentration was 5.9 mg·L^-1 , while the TLm of ammonia to the 96 hours was 50.0 mg·L^-1 and the safe concentration was 5.0mg·L^-1. The TLm of ammonia to the 48 hours adult of Estellarca olivacea was 618.7mg·L^-1 and the safe concentration was 61.9 mg·L^-1, while the TLm of ammonia to the 96 hours adult was 556.9mg·L^-1 and the safe concentration was 55.7 mg·L^-1.
