摘　　要：近几年来,随着煤化工业的兴起,煤数量与质量却有所下降,导致蒸汽系统常常会突然发生严重短缺的情况。针对这个问题,详细介绍了有效的应对措施,能够保证三胺装置短时间内可以避免停车事故的发生。如果时间较长的话也可以给停车提供充足的时间,这样做不但可以保护设备,避免系统紊乱,而且对于降低消耗,减少排放,保护环境也收效显著。Along with the development of coal chemical industry and declination in amount and quality of coal in recent years, serious shortage of steam occurs frequently in system. Effective counter - measures to this issue were introduced in de- tail. Such measures prevent melamine plant from shut - down in a short time and leave adequate period of time for shut - downpreparation, so that not only the equipments can be under protection, disorder in steam system be avoided, but also the consumption can be lowered, emission be cut and obvious friendly environment be achieved.
