不同药剂处理对地黄胞囊线虫病的防效研究

摘　　要：在室内盆栽实验和田间实验条件下研究了10%噻唑磷颗粒剂、5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉粉剂、5%特丁磷颗粒剂、1.8%阿维菌素乳油、3%氯唑磷颗粒剂5种杀线虫剂及其不同施用剂量对地黄胞囊线虫病的防治效果.结果表明,室内盆栽条件下5种药剂的不同施药剂量对地黄胞囊线虫病防治效果存在显著差异;田间实验条件下,10%噻唑磷颗粒剂40kg/hm2,5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉粉剂50kg/hm2和3%氯唑磷颗粒剂50kg/hm2施用30d后,土壤中胞囊线虫虫口减退率达65%以上;施用药剂150d后,5亿孢子/g淡紫拟青霉粉剂50kg/hm2时防效最好,达67.95%;其次为施用10%噻唑磷颗粒剂40kg/hm2,防效达61.00%,满足地黄的GAP栽培要求,显示出较好的应用前景.The disease of cyst nematode is one of important diseases in Rehmannia glutinosa cultivateing,the nosogenesis is Heterodera glycines Ichinohe. The potted experiment showed that,the control effect is significant differences that 5 kinds of nematicide including 10 % Fosthiazate GR,5 billion spores/g Paecilomyces lilacinus, 5 %Terbufos GR,1.8 % Avermectins EC,3 % Isazophos GR and their different employment dosages. The field experiment showed that,reducing rates for cyst nematode in soil are over 65 % after used 30 days of 10 % Fosthiazate GR 40 kg/hm2,5 billion spores/g Paecilomyces lilacinus 50 kg/hm2 and 3 % Isazophos GR 50 kg/hm2,the control effect of 5 billion spores/g Paecilomyces lilacinus 50 kg/hm2 is best one in all teratments(67.95 %)after used 150 days. 10 % Fosthiazate GR 40 kg/hm2 following closely,the control effect is 61.00 %.
