摘 要:空心输入轴是风力发电机增速箱的一个重要部件,它的结构是否合理将直接影响整个风力发电机组的正常运行。本文通过UG NX4.0建立准确的空心输入轴三维模型,再将其导入有限元分析软件ansys10.0,对空心输入轴进行静力分析和相关区域的接触分析,进而对其强度性能进行了合理评估,为其可靠性优化设计提供了理论依据。The hollow input shaft is an important component of accelerator in wind driven generator, and whether its structure is rational or not can directly affect the normal operation of whole wind driven generator. By the method of UG NX4.0, the three-dimensional model of hollow input shaft has been made exactly. After laid in the finite element analysis software Ansys 10.0, the static analysis and the contact analysis of relative area of this hollow input shaft have been operated. Furthermore, the strength property of this shaft has been evaluated rationally, in order to provide the theoretical basis for its reliability optimized design.
