摘　　要：材质为H40的钢带焊接成圆管之后,做压力试验时发生开裂现象。通过理化分析表明:导致钢带塑性低和开裂的主要原因是数量多并且级别高的非金属夹杂物(硫化物)和严重的带状组织。After used the H40 steel strip for welding the circular pipe, there would be some cracks during the pressure test. The physico-chemical analysis indicates that the main reason which has caused the steel strip with low plasticity and the cracks is great amount and high grade non-metallic inclusion （ sulfide）, as well as the serious banded structure.
