摘  要:以氢溴酸与季戊四醇进行溴代反应制取二溴新戊二醇,考察反应物配比、催化剂用量、催化剂种类、保温时间等因素对产率的影响。确定最优合成条件为:季戊四醇︰氢溴酸为1︰2.7;催化剂用量为3%;冰乙酸︰硫酸二甲酯为1︰2;保温时间为8 h,产率达80%左右。并通过熔点、红外分析测试手段对合成的产物进行表征。Dibromoneopentyl glycol(DBNPG)was synthesized by the reaction of brominating pentaerythritol(PER) with hydrobromic acid in the paper. The effects of the ratio of reactants, the kinds and amount of catalysts and the heat time on the yield of DBNPG were also studied. The proper conditions were given: the mole ratio of PER and hydrobromic acid was 1 : 2.7; the mole ratio of acetic acid and dimethyl sulfate was 1 : 2; the amount of catalysts was 3 tool % (based on pentaerythritol); the heat time of preservation was about 8 h. Thus, the yield of DBNPG was about 80 %. Its structure was characterized by melting point and FTIR.
