摘 要:文章主要探索聚合氯化铝中重金属砷的去除新方法。目前,国内外去除金属砷的方法主要有吸附法、化学沉淀法、还原法、电化学法等。文章的实验思路是改铁床为铝床,利用铝和活性炭形成的电势差,在酸性条件下,将聚合氯化铝中的重金属析出。实验结果表明,使用的铝炭微电解技术对重金属砷的去除比较有效,处理后的聚合氯化铝中砷的含量为0.000086%,低于国内Kmila(As<0.0002%)标准,但仍大于国际标准(As<0.00005%)。本实验对去除聚合氯化铝中重金属具有实际指导意义。The paper mainly explored the new methods of heavy metal arsenic removal in poly aluminium chloride. Now the way of wiping off arsenic in the world mainly include adsorb, chemistry deposition, deoxidization, and electrochemistry. The viewpoint that removes the arsenic in the poly aluminium chloride was changing the bed of iron and carbon into the bed of aluminium and carbon. The heavy metal arsenic was separated out from the poly aluminium chloride solution under acid condition using the electric potential difference existing between the aluminium and active carbon. The experiment results indicated that the micro electrolysis technology was efficient for the removal of the heavy metal arsenic. The concentration of arsenic in the poly aluminium chloride treated was 0.000086 %, which was less than Kmila (As〈0.0002 %) standard in China, but higher than international standard (As〈0.00005 %). The experiment provided the practice guidance for the removal of the heavy metal arsenic in the poly aluminum chloride.
