摘　　要：高科技条件下的现代战争需要国家投入大量的人力与物资,仅凭军队的运输力量很难保证庞大的人员、物资力量的保障。民船战时动员改装成海军运输补给舰艇甚至直升机母船等成为各军事强国争相研究的一个新课题,并已在实战中检验了其可行性与重要性。Morden wars under high-tech conditions need great amount of man-power and material from country. It＇s difficult to guarantee the large transportation by only army transportability. A new topic for each military strong country is how to mobilize civil ships into war ships, even aircraft carriers by refitting for military supply. And the feasibility and importance have been tested true in actual combats.
