摘　　要：洪水资源利用是治水方略的新发展,引洪量计算是洪水资源利用的重要内容。本文根据洮儿河龙华吐引洪工程断面不同频率洪水的洪水过程、特点,拟定引洪时间,通过对设计洪水的调算,考虑引洪的沿程损失率,最终得出了不同频率洪水的引洪水量。The utilization of flood is the new development of flood management and the calculation of flood diversion is an important content. The paper studies out the time of flood diversion based on the process, characteristics of flood with different frequency in cross of flood diversion project in Longhuatu in Taoerhe river and obtains the quantity of flood diversion with different frequency through the calculation of design flood considering the loss rate along the flow.
