血样中全铁测定方法的研究

摘  要:在-0.440 0 V峰电位条件下,铁在滴汞电极表面与PAN反应,产生络合吸附波,记录电位随时间的变化曲线,用峰电位定性,峰高定量.实验结果表明,此方法具有较高的灵敏度,检出限低,可达到1.0μg/L.用此方法测定血液中Fe(Ⅲ)的质量分数,操作简单,且找到了一种很好的血样前处理方法,可以在短时间内释放血红蛋白中全部的Fe(Ⅲ).最佳实验测定条件为PAN 1.0×10-4mol/L,pH 5.14.Under the condition of peak potential -0.440 0 V, mercury electrode, in which the variational curve of potential c iron reacted with PAN on the surface of the dropping hanging with time was recorded by complex adsorptive catalytic wave, peak potential and the height of peak as qualitative and quantitative parameters, respectively. The result showed that this method had los of advantages, such as higher sensitivity, lower limit of detection ( 1.0 ug/L ) and simpler devices. A good pretreatment method of blood sample was found, which released all of Fe ( Ⅲ ) in hemoglobin in a short period of time. The best determination condition was as follows PAN 1.0 × 10^-4 mol/L, pH 5.14.
