摘 要:目的:研究金樱子果实对STZ诱导的糖尿病大鼠肝脏和血液脂质含量的影响。方法:将90只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型组、金樱子果实干预组和毒性组。模型组和干预组腹腔注射STZ制造糖尿病模型,然后喂养8周,干预组用含金樱子果实的饲料饲养。毒性组用含双倍剂量金樱子果实的饲料饲养。8周后处死大鼠收集标本,检测血清LDL、HDL、TG,TC、血糖和血清胰岛素水平,肝组织TG,FFA含量,对肝脏组织油红O染色。结果:金樱子干果可以降低糖尿病大鼠血清中TC、TG,LDL含量,增加血清中HDL的含量。降低糖尿病大鼠肝脏中TG,FFA含量,减少脂质的堆积。结论:金樱子干果可以降低糖尿病时出现的肝脏的脂变以及血液中的脂质水平。Objective: To study the intervening effect of Cherokee Rose Fruit on the STZ-induced model in rats.Methods: 90 male SD rats were randomly divided into a control group,a model group,a CRF group and a toxicity group.The rats in the model and CRF groups were injected with STZ to make diabetes models were fed for 8 weeks.The rats in the CRF group were fed with CRF forage.The rats in the toxicity group were fed with double-CRF forage.All the rats were killed in 8 weeks to collect samples.Serum LDL、HDL、TG、TC、blood glucose and insulin level were determined.Hepatic tissue TG and FFA contents were detected.Hepatic tissues were stained by Oil Red O.Results: CRF could effectively reduce the level of LDL、TG、TC、blood glucose and insulin in the model rats,increase the level of HDL and reduce the fatty deposition.Conclusion: CRF can reduce the level of blood and liver fat of the diabetic rats.
