摘　　要：目的：建立一种简便、快速的高效液相色谱法测定银黄滴丸中的指标成分黄芩苷的含量。方法：采用色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱，乙腈-蒸馏水-四氢呋喃-磷酸（22：76：2：0．1）为流动相，检测波长为274nm，流速为1．OmL／min。结果：在浓度为5．0～150．0μg／mL范围内具有良好的线性关系，A=19054C-46154（r=0．9997，n=8），方法回收率为98．8％。结论：该方法简单，灵敏度高，可用于银黄滴丸中黄芩苷的含量测定。Objective: To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of baicalin content in Yinhuang drop pills by HPLC.Methods: HPLC was used.The column was Kromasil C18 and the mobile phase of acetonitrile-distilled water-tetrahydrofuran-phosphoric acid was 22∶76∶2∶0.1 with 274nm of the detection wavelength at room temperature.The flow rate was set at 1.0 ml/min.Results: The method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 5.0～150.0μg/ml of concentration,A=19054C-46154(r=0.9997,n=8).The recovery rate of the method was 98.8%.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate with good reappearance,and can be use to control the quality of Yinhuang drop pills.
