摘　　要：人体蠕形螨人群感染率较高,其寄生与人体的某些皮肤病如酒渣鼻、毛囊炎、痤疮、脂溢性皮炎、睑缘炎、外耳道瘙痒等密切相关,故在美容及防治上日益受到重视。本文就近几年来蠕形螨的致病及治疗方面作一综述,以求对治疗人体蠕形螨病提供参考。The infection rate of Human Demodex is high in crowd. It plays an important role in the occurrence of rosacea, folliculitis, acne, beatle acne, blepharitis, pruritus of meatus acusticus externus and so on, which bring adverse effects on the beauty and health of human. This article summarized the pathogenicity and therapy of Demodex to give some advice to clinical diagnosis and treatments.
