摘　　要：为进一步了解流感病毒的变异规律和特点，对四川省近１０年流感病毒分离和病毒抗原情况进行了研究，结果自１９８７年四川出现流感病毒新变种甲／四川／２／８７（Ｈ３Ｎ２）后，１９８９年又首次分离出一株人甲型流感病毒重组株甲／四川／５７／８９（Ｈ１Ｎ２）。１９９３年乙型流感病毒在人群中活动开始加强，至１９９６年已成为优势株。同时它们的抗原性也在发生变异，其变异方向也不一致。在相同时间和相同地点分离出抗原结构不相同的两种乙型病毒。To further understand the variant rule and antigenic characterization of influenza virus, we studied the influenza virus strains and antigenic drift of recent ten years in Sichuan province. The result was as follows: A new stain A/Sichuan/2/87(H3N2)was isolated in 1987,then we also first found A/Sichuan/57/89(H1N2)recombinant viral strain in 1989.From 1993 to 1996,influenza type B which is prevalent strain begun activity in human, its antigenic characterization occur drift but the variant way is different. Two type B strains of different antigenic structure were isolated at the same place and the same time.
