摘　　要：对我国高校保护知识产权的必要性进行了详尽的分析,提出了严格合同审查、知识产权权利确认、强化知识产权意识、加强知识产权管理、依法建立合理的知识产权权利和利益分享等策略。In this paper, a detailed analysis is made of the necessity of intellectual property protection at colleges and universities and at the same time such strategies are proposed as strict contract review, clear recognition of intellectual property rights, strong awareness of intellectual property, firm managements of intellectual property fights, establishment by law of reasonable sharing mechanism of intellectual property fights and benefits.
