欣洛维联合锡类散及云南白药灌肠治疗慢性直肠炎42例

摘　　要：目的观察欣洛维联合锡类散及云南白药灌肠治疗慢性直肠炎的临床疗效。方法将83例慢性直肠炎患者随机分为欣洛维治疗组42例与对照组41例,均采用保留灌肠治疗,每日2次,10d为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后评价疗效。结果治疗组与对照组的显效率分别为83.33%、63.41%。结论欣洛维联合锡类散及云南白药保留灌肠治疗慢性直肠炎的疗效明显优于单用锡类散及云南白药。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of using thymic protein combined Xilei Powder and Yunnan White Powder for curing chronic rectitis. Methods 83 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 42 in the treatment group and 41 in the control group. Both groups were treated with retention enema, twice daily, 10 d as one course of treatment. The curative effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results The treatment group had better effect than the control group, the curative rates were 83.33% and 63.41% respectively（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of thymic protein with Xilei Powder and Yunnan White Powder is an ideal method to cure chronic rectitis.
