摘 要:目的优选祛风除痹颗粒的最佳制备工艺。方法水提取工艺以干膏得率和芍药苷含量为考察指标,采用正交设计法对其提取工艺条件进行优选。确定了制粒方法。结果水提最佳工艺条件:加8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次1 h。以干浸膏法制粒,干膏和辅料比为3∶7。结论优选出的制备工艺科学合理,适合工业化生产。Aim To optimize the preparation technology of qufengchubi granules. Methods With the content of total paeoniflorin presented in the extract and the rate of dried extracts as the indexes for the water extraction process,orthogonal design was used to optimize the conditions for the extraction process. The method of prepared granulation is determined. Results The optimal process of the water extraction for qufengchubi granules was to add 8 times water, decocting 3 times, 1 hour for each time. The extracts is granulated with the dry method. The ratio of dried extracts to accessory is 3 to 7. Conclusion The method is reasonable, stable, and suitable to industrialized production.
