摘　　要：针对合成氨装置凯洛格流程中第一废热锅炉可能产生逆循环的情况,对锅炉水循环原理及循环判断进行详细的分析,并提出生产中避免产生逆循环的操作要点以进一步指导工艺操作。Against the conditions that may cause primary waste heat boiler in Kellogg-designed steam reforming ammonia production plant occur reverse circulation, the author presented some techniques the operators must know about to guide the operation based on analysis on circulation principle and reverse circulation causes. Guided by that, the events can be avoided to take place.
