摘　　要：体育舞蹈少年儿童后备人才的培养是一项艰巨复杂的系统工程,必须遵循科学合理的训练原则,有针对性、有选择、有目的、有计划、有步骤地进行长期系统的训练。针对少儿身心发育特点,结合体育舞蹈项目特征,从专项形体和技术训练、表演意识训练、表演技术训练、竞赛心理训练四方面综合探讨了少儿体育舞蹈的科学训练方法,以期为我国体育舞蹈后备人才的培养提供参考依据。The talented cultivation of school children in sport dance is a difficult and complex task, and must follow the scientific and reasonable principles. Do a targeted and selective, and aimed a planned and systematic long - term systematic training. For children＇s mental and physical characteristics and physical characteristics of sport dance, this paper discusses the scientific training method combining the special physical and technical training, and the performing awareness training, and the performing technical training, and the competition psychological training. The main purpose is to offer reference for talented cultivation in sport dance.
