高校体育社团的困境与对策

摘　　要：大学生体育社团将学生组织起来,积极主动地参与体育活动,弥补了大学体育课堂教学的不足,但目前大多数体育社团普遍存在管理不够规范、组织不稳定、活动经费不足、专业指教不到位等问题。分析大学生体育社团的现状和存在的问题,提出大学生体育社团明确的发展方向,确保组织健康发展,将有利于高校体育工作的开展。College Students sport association can bring the students get together and take active part in physical activities, making up for the disadvantage of sport class. However, most of the sport associations have such common problems at present ： unstable management, unsteady organization, inadequate activity fees, unplaced professional direction and so on. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of college sport association and puts forward clear developing direction in order to make the organization develop well and benefit the implement of college physical education.
