新时期城市农民工体育发展的若干模式探讨

摘　　要：农民工体育在我国的发展一直备受冷落,其原因主要表现在国家政策落实不到位,城市社区的排斥,企业重视不够,农民工自身素质的影响等,但随着和谐社会的不断发展,物质生活的不断改善,农民工的精神文化需求也日益强烈。寻求若干符合农民工体育发展之路,近年来一直是众多专家学者研究的热点。本文首先分析了当前农民工体育发展的现状,并分析其原因,然后相应的提出三种发展模式,即政府主导型发展模式、社区体育发展模式、联合型体育发展模式,以期为城市农民工体育的健康持续发展开拓思路。The migrate worker sport has been ignored for long time during the development of our country, its reason mainly displays national policies haven＇t been carried out, the urban community＇s repel, the enterprises take seriously insufficiently, migrate worker＇ own quality influence and so on, but with the harmonious society＇s unceasing development, material life＇s progressive improvement, peasant laborers also need spiritual cultural intensely. Seeking several ways to develop the peasant laborer sports, in recent years they have been the hot spot which the numerous experts study. Firstly this article has analyzed the current peasant laborer sports development situation, and analyzes its reason, then proposes three kind of development models, namely government leading development model, community sports development model, union sports development model, so give some ideas to develop peasant laborer sports.
