大连市退役足球运动员现状调查研究

摘　　要：申奥成功与08北京奥运会成功举办充分表明我国竞技体育可持续发展迈上更高台阶,虽有学者从宏观政策层面上进行大量调研与论证,但微观的深入研究较少。本文从大连市退役足球运动员角度入手进行调查分析,建议"以人为本"健全社会保障体系,促进退役运动员与社会和谐发展的同时,运动员个体应增强法律自助意识与学习意识,为自己的运动发展与退役适应社会奠定良好的基础。Beijing biding and holding successful for 2008 Olympic Games fully demonstrates that our sustainable development of competitive sports get to a higher level, although scholars from the macro - policy level makes a great deal of research and demonstration, but an in -depth study of micro -less. This paper, from the perspective of retired football players in Dalian, makes investigation, suggests to take the people - oriented for constructing social security system, promotes the retired player and society in harmonious. Individual athletes should strengthen the legal sense of self - awareness and learning for its own development and ex - campaign society has laid a good foundation.
