摘　　要：刑事立案监督制度之法律规定几经变革,虽然其框架建立起来了,但其制度本身依然存在着许多不完善,致使监督的及时性、有效性不能充分发挥,对于刑事立案监督制度的改进,可以通过检察审查会制度,赋予其相关职权,在制度重构的基础上对立案监督制度加以完善。The supervision system for criminal case register provided for by law has changed several times. Although its frame has been established, a great deal of imperfection of the system still exists. All these caused the supervision not in time and uneffective, The paper points out that the supervision system for criminal case register should be perfected on the basis of system rebuilding, and the proposition of forming examinational committee is put forward.
