摘  要:洞河水库大坝为碾压混凝土双曲拱坝,最大坝高65.5 m,采用"三表+二底"泄洪方案。通过1∶50的水工整体模型对其表孔泄洪消能布置进行了体型优化试验研究,提出了差动式鼻坎与斜切圆柱体鼻坎巧妙结合,合理搭配,使其下泄水流实现纵、横向充分扩散,最大限度地增加落水面积,充分利用下游河道水体消能减弱对下游河道的冲刷作用,从而较好地解决了该工程消能防冲问题。该泄洪方案已被设计单位采用。The dam of Donghe Reservoir is a roller compacted concrete double-curvature arch dam with the maximum height of 65.5 m. The method of "3 upper holes + 2 bottom outlets" is used for flood discharge. Through the integral hydraulic model with scale of 1 : 50, the layout of energy dissipation of flood discharge for its upper holes is tested and studied in optimization of its form, and the pattern combining the differential bucket with the chamfered cylinder bucket is put forward, thereby to make the discharged water flow spreading fully in longitudinal and transverse direction, in order to increase the falling water area to the utmost extent, reduce the scouring by using the water in lower reach for energy dissipation and solve the problems of energy dissipation and erosion eontrol of the project.
